HELP ONE OF MY HERMIT CRABS WONT GET OUT OF IT SHELL

anytime he wont come out in my hand or in the tank

thqat is what my tempeture is in my tank.also the wood came from a pet store and the wood was called hermit crab wood so they could climb on but i donrtt know if it is pine or not

Okay but does it look like the wood in the picture of the link I put in my last post to you?
A lot of things they sell at pet stores for hermit crabs are actually NOT safe for them.

More importantly though, we need to know the temp and humidity in the tank, and any other questions we've asked we need answered, or we cannot help you. You may lose more hermit crabs if your tank isn't set up right.

It's sort of like if you had a little dog, and someone told you, oh, he only eats mashed potatoes and because he has fur, he can be outside when it's 20 below.
Then the dog gets malnourished and very sick because you only feed him the mashed potatoes and no proteins, and he freezes because you kept him outside at 20 below and didnt give him any way to get warm. We really are trying to help, and know that your crabs will die without the things they need to live, just like a dog, or a human.

Your crabs need humidity. It is vital. It is very important that you are able to keep track of what the humidity is.
They also need a regular, tropical temperature. your home is not a tropical temperature, and again, they will eventually die from it being too cold for them, even though it feels warm to us.
