Where is the Hermit Crabs Mouth?

I just looked up for info on their mouthparts, and one of the pictures on The Crabbage Patch shows them. http://www.thecrabbagepatch.com/crabanatomy.html

Also found some information about them on Wikipedia. They're actually called "maxillipeds", Maxilla meaning jaw, and ped meaning foot, so it's a jaw foot lol. There's some scientific articles on it, but they could take some time to translate to plain English so I can actually understand them haha
