Moutling?
Well my hermie has never ever molted before. I've had him for 3 months, but he never molted? What's going on? Hes small, and i thought they molt more when they're small....So whats going on? Is this normal? And if not, what are some reasons hed do this? Is there anything I can do to help?

Re: Moutling?
Hmmm, does he have all his "nails"? Check the tips of his legs for black pointy nails. Usually when these get dull they molt.
What substrate are you using? (sand, cocofiber, ect)

i had 2 hermies who didn't molt in the 6 months that i had them. it wasn't until they passed and i joined this forum that i realized that they needed humidity and a high temp. when i got that under control my new hermies started going under and surviving. i've had lemi for about a year now and he's molted 6 times, under for his 7th currently.

you should try more variety. Like hamburgar meat (is okay once in a while) and un-seasoned chicken and shrimp tails. Also try dreid brine shrimp, mine go crazy for that.
I like to experiment!! Like, buy a mango and some kiwi and make a fruit salad.

dried blood worms are a huge hit with mine. i put some in there one night, watched some tv, and when i checked on them about 45 mins later, their food shell was empty. it's funny. that reminds me, i need some more of that.
