R.I.P. Snowy

Post by kmr1286 »

One of my four hermits passed away sometime yesterday into today. I cried I felt so heartbroken :'( A few days prior, she was leaving puddles of brown fluid and I just don't understand...Her environment is ideal for survival, I fed them every night, followed all the instructions and advice given to me. She was even eating grapes, spinach, pineapple! When I noticed she hadn't moved from the spot she was in for almost 2 days, I picked her up carefully and she completely hung out of her shell lifeless. She smelled fishy and was so limp. I hope the other three don't perish either. Just wanted to share :'(

So sorry to hear about your lost crab. She was lucky to have someone who cared about her so much.
