CALCIUM after molt
Other forms of calcium are good to have on hand for post-molters too, like crushed oyster shell, cuttlebone, and eggshells. Raspberry leaves have lots of bio-available calcium too!
I think it is also good to have meat and calcium for the non-molters during a molt.

be careful with introducing new meats. i have tried chicken and shrimp 3 times all have been unsuccessful. the only meat that i have noticed they really eat is the bloodworms...
