Surface molt
hey just checked on my dads hermie and thoguth he was dead as he looked snapped in half and when we picked him up and it skin fell out we noticed he was inside. this was first i had heard of surface molting. his exo is in perfect condition it is amazing. we have taken the other 2 crabs out and put them in my larger tank and our iso is being used too. as i have 5 crabs molting lol. all seems well at the moment. this is our first surface molt so bit new for us. thing is he was out walking yesturday so it kind of a overnight thing which worries me.

Just keep him in ISO and leave him alone. Make it dark ans make sure he has fresh foods and both waters.
