Do your crabs show molting symptoms beforehand?

Well when Xavi went down he spent around 7 hours in the salt water dish, and was digging quite abit.

Gomez just went down

And I woke up this morning and saw a hole so I left it and when I got back from school its almost full the hole and I can see he sand is moving so someone is burying themselves, no molting signs either.

If the hermit crabs all bury themselves and sit there for a few days, then they are molting. It isn't a good idea to touch them, as this can cause stress on them and cause them to die. I hope they have a happy Molt!

I know, I'm just asking if your hermit crabs do this. One of them came up and went back down but one just went down. Don't worry they have deep moist sand to molt in.
