What are good things to feed your Hermits?

yeah always check labels on everythign you want to feed hermits and make sure there are no preservatives or chemicals that could potentially harm them.

cucumbers went over well with mine. that's the most recent food i tried with them. i cut the slices into 1/4 and 1 quarter is gone another is half gone and the other has a few nibbles out of it. lol
