What are good things to feed your Hermits?

What are some good food that well help hermit Molt????

I had my big one for at like 5 or so months Hasnt molted i think it was in the sand for like a week thats it or maybe not even that long.

Okay...do not use Hermit Crab Food, unless FMR makes it. Here is a safe food list of all the foods you can feed your hermies.

One important thing to molts is calcium, this is a MUST. You can use egg shells, or even better, Cuttlebone (i think that's what it's called right guys?), you can scrape some of this into their food. Also, Salt water. You said you have had them for about 5 months, so I am guessing you have these?

coconut
I have a Temp and Humity thing
and i have a light on the top
and its a 20 gallon tank
and 5 extra shells

Sounds good. Good choice with the 20 gallon, is it the high tank of the long tank?

Some other foods that are high in calcium you can feed them are: Brocolli, Canned salmon with bones, dried beans and peas, greens, and sardines. The greens MUST be cooked before giving them to them and do not use iodized salt on them just steam them with water. You can also feed them sea vegetables such as macroalgaes(seaweed) and microalgaes(spirulina).

Yup i been trying things like
Oatmeal flakes *not cooked*
Coconut
Walnuts
Rasins
Lettuce
Celery
peanut butter
bananas
apples
and they seen to like the banana's
