It depends on several of things. How big the hermie is. How well your conditions are. Even every hermie is different.

depends on the crab itself. mine are strange, my jumbos haven't been under longer than 3 months, when the average is almost a year. my hermies are under for 4-5 weeks, then come up for a few months, then go back under.
