No, nothing is moving. I just found another that is not moving at all, but he is still in his shell.

i haven't expeirenced my first molt but someone said they might change color is that true

A pre-molt sign is fading in their color. They can also look an ashy grey color.

Depends on the species of the crab. Cavs can be a blue grey color.
