This is my first time asking a question in a long time, but I'm scared because I have 2 medium sized hermit crabs, and I was just minding my own business. And then I heard the clicking of their shells, and when I turned to look at what they were doing, one of them was on top of the other, and the one on top was half way out his shell like he was stretching and the other one that's underneath him, was like the normal amount of out of the shell. And I don't know if it's just them rough housing, or if one of them is trying to take the shell of the other I'm scared cause I don't know if this is normal behavior from them
( I'm still relatively new to owning hermit crabs, and only had mine for about 6 months now)
Are they playing or trynna fight

Re: Are they playing or trynna fight
Keep an eye on them, if the aggressor is after the victim’s shell, they will pursue the victim repetitively in most cases to which they would need to be separated temporarily. How are they now?

Do you have extra shells available for them?
