i got them last night! i was so excited. i found out this morning 2 are boys, 1 is a girl. aries is only a little bigger than wendy. his shell is just bigger. athena is in a turbo and is about 2.5 inches across but she needs to change badly. zeus is the biggest (i didn't plan that) he's in a shell a little smaller than my palm. athena is my only turbo. all my others are in the spiky shells. they are in another 10 gallon tank. what i'm going to do is save up for a 20 gallon and then sell my 2 10 gallons. now i need decorations!

i haven't introduced wendy or ike to my new ones yet. bebe and lemi are under right now. what's this vine stuff that i keep hearing large crabs like? where do i find it? how much is it?

vine stuff? like plastic plants? i know you can find vimnes at craft stores esp. JoAnns! (or Michaels)

I get mine at the pet store for about 3 bucks a piece for small ones and up to 10 bucks for larger ones.

their previous owner said something about grape vines? said they like to hide in them. what do your large crabs like to play with/in? the shell that zeus should go into next has a smaller shell stuck inside....any ideas on how to get it out?

ya, you can find plastic vines everywhere. any craft store should have them in the "fake plant" section. do you have a JoAnn's Fabrics store? I love that store!
