Is it possible for 10 crabs to all be molting?

If they are fruit flies, they should be attracted to the apple vinegar. If you have any fruit flies lingering where the apples were you could put a cup there too. Good Luck!

I got rid of my fruit and the flies went with it. I have not seen anymore. I think I'm going to start a journal about this process... It will help me remember dates so I know how long it's really been. This all seems like it's been taking FOREVER!

I'm interested to know if anybody has been reading my journal (My Burried Treasure) and has any insight on what I should do from here?

I went with my gut instinct and went through my big tank. I found 3 alive and 3 who had passed. I moved the 3 alive to my 10 gal and I plan to keep them there till after the holidays when I have more $ to set them up the way I want to. The larger tank was harder for me to manage my humidity, but I've been researching how to fix it. I will set it all up when the Christmas tree comes down.
