The online site called The Hermit Crab Vendor? I have heard alot of crabbers that have been happy with their purchases but one day it was there and the next day it was gone? So I have also been looking at this site called Live hermit Crabs. Anyone have luck with that one? I have been planning getting some more exotics before the winter hits but now its not looking so good, Thx

Yes that is the Live hermit crabs Site , Has anyone Had luck With them? I really wanted to use The Hermit Crab Vender, But the site has disappeared They are reasonably priced and take care of their hermits.

I read it wrong and I thought you were looking for that site. I was gonna use them but I ending up not. They have expensive shipping though(at least to me)

awe Oh well I had heard such good things about them. I had signed up one day and then the next day they were gone!

I only heard of a couple people who bought from them and they were happy with their order. One unfortunately had all the exotics die though one by one that she ordered. Not due to the packaging however... possibly due to PPS?

I am wondeirng if anybody here has ordered hermit crabs online. I am extremely uneasy about doing so, but I play with the idea just because I only have Petsmart to buy them from and being friends with girls working there, I do know that their shipments have had lots of deads lately. Also, I could experience some more exotic breeds. The website I found says that they are shipped with a sponge, moss, and a snack where as Petsmarts are shipped from Florida to NY just in a bag like the fish, filled only with air. I would probably wait until the spring if I didn't do it in the fall. (my thinking is that fall and spring have the most mild weather?)
