Am I alone and weird here?

Does anyone else keep a journal? I get up in the morning and see if anyone has come up or buried down. I also go in a couple times a day to check and then before I go to bed at night I check on everything. I have when I bought them and everytime they bury and surface. I also keep track of them changing shells. So I can keep track of them all. Was just curious how strange I am.

i keep a journal, not on my crabs though. But your idea isn't strange, it's actually good. I keep a blog, which is my journal on hermies. Its on my siggy. http://www.hermie-college.blogspot.com

i think that it's a good idea. i keep a journal about myself, soemtimes i'll put things that my hermies did, but it's mostly about me. i take note of who did what when and how. i don't think it's weird at all!

does any one else keep a journal scrap book? Like, say if i was traveling to Tennessee, i would keep a napkin from a hotel and stick it in my journal, lol, and then write about it.

I have been to Mexico twice (when I was married to my ex hubby who is a Mexican) I kept a journal the whole way down and the whole way back both times. I don't do much traveling now, not with 8 kids.

I do keep a timetable - when DJ's Bday is (the day we got him), when he buried himself, when he moulted and now...when he changed shells! It is so exciting since he is my first hermie and the changes he has gone thru shows me he is doing well and doing what comes naturally! Plus he has gotten much friendlier and loves to walk on hands, etc. It has been good to note his activity and see the porgress! I think it is a great idea for anyone - kind of like the baby books I had for my kids!

i should write more about my crabs, and i'll have more time to do that too. i started writing in mine every day, but then school started and i got caught up in hw and stuff. i'll get back into it now that summer's here.

i'm on facebook.com where you can register only if you're in high school or college and i've got pictures of my crabbies on there. i've gotten some questions about them in the past, when i first put the pictures on there. it's exciting!
