Help please!!!

My crab just started moulting yesterday.He was diggingand when i gave him he bath he was graying. I wouldn't have noticed but Cartman (my biggest crab) started trying to attack him! I removed him but i didn't have anywhere to put him! My Cartman was my 1st and when i got him a long time ago the petstore said to let him molt in the cage with the others! i didn't know any better because he was my first! I just became a member a few weeks ago so i thought i new it alll abou moulting! I didnt have a moult for a long time cuz jumbos don't molt often soi didn't have to worrie. Now i have two more smaller crabs and they moult more often then larger ones. I read here that you NEED an ico tank. I dont have one so i was sooo luck this time. i had to crabbysit for my best friend so she just brought the whole tank over. I removed her crabs and put them in my cage. I put Kenny (the moulter) in her empty cage and he went into the hermie hut. i dont know anything about moulting so can some one help me please?

Thanks for the link it made me feel better about the whole thing i just wanted to be sure that nothing was wrong. but i was noticing that he was digging up walking arond then digging back down. Is this normal? Is there anything special i can do to make sure all goes well? and also my friend is only gone for 2 weeks would this be long enough? Kenny is pretty small.(about as tall and wide as aCanadian dollar)

That type of behaviour is very normal, so don't worry.

thanks for that last one, but last night i herd a racket (my hermies are in my room and are very loud and keep me up at night) so i turned on the light and Kenny was in the Ico and he was running around and climbing on all the toys! I checked and he was not pink or there was no exco around so in the morning i checked and he was back under the hermie hut in his hole! is that the same reason why as the first post i sent you?
