Actually, I'm pretty sure it does. When you go to pick a country, I'm almost certain that Australia is there.

Yeah, they do have Australia. I'm on it right now. It redirrected me to a site basically the same. http://melbourne.gumtree.com.au/ (that's for Melbourne)

Not much for pets that I can see, but you never know. (with kijiji there's a whole section for pets, sorry, it's the best i can do.)
