Missing left claw

I bought Stella today, and I didn't realize until a little while ago, that her big left claw is missing. Will it take more that one molt to grow back? Considering the left claw is the biggest limb, I thought it might take more than once. Just curious.

The big claw will probably take at least two moults to fully regenerate. Take extra care of Stella, but don't interfere if she's moulting. She needs a very nutritious diet to help her through each moult.

Stella is also very vulnerable to shell attacks from others, since she has no big claw to guard her shell's entrance.

Yeah, that's why I keep Mr. Krabs far away from her. He is always trying to steal someone's shell.

Good thing Stella's molting now. I can't wait to see what the claw will look like when she comes up. It'll be pretty small I imagine. I'll have to take a picture once she comes up, and post it on here.
