keep an eye on him. he'll go under when he feels he has enough vitamins and nutrients. feed him lots of calcium and fruit. it'll help the molt so he'll regain his limbs. :) good luck! keep us notified of how things go.

Well he went down the day i got him. But yesterday I switched my tank to a 20GL. So I had to dig him up because I was giving my smaller tank to my friend. And turns out, no molts. Just chillin in the sand. lol. So I still did the cup thing. Dug a hole, put the cup over him. Same w/ my other one, no molt, just chillin. So i did the same thing. So should I take off the cups since they aren't molting? Cayse how do I know when they'l want to come up?

they might be molting, so I would leave them a lone. They usually don't start to molt right away when they burry, at least mine don't.

no they dont strat molting rite away. i think they decided if the spot they choose is warm and moist enought fist. mine always go either on top of the UTH or under the water dishes.
