i'm new here, need help in dechlorinators...

hi everyone, i just started keeping hermies as pets not long ago, about three weeks like that, currently, i'm looking for a good dechlorinators that can remove chlorine, chloramines(all harmful substances for hermies)..and importantly without slime coat or stress coat... forget to add on, its for drinking water,(not for bathing, so importantly no stress coat or slime coat)...

currently, i'm using boiled water but i dont think is good enough without a good dechlorinator...

so guys, can recommend me a good dechlorinator

Hi there! welcome! I use Bottel water for my hermit Crabs But u can use Fish dechlorinator..But u can also Use bottel water cuz its has No chlorin wht so eva!

Most pet stores sell it in the fish section without the stress coat. Some of the pet stores here sell in the hermit crab section decholrinizer for hermies.

what u mean bottled water? u mean those at supermarket ones, mineral water??

my side here(singapore) still not say alot of pple are keeping hermies as pets, thats why we dont have like a section on hermits crab..thats why i been searching high and low for a good dechlorinator for them, one that can remove chlorine and chloramines but without stress coat, cos is for their drinking water...

what are u guys using now? can recommend ?

I am havign trouble finding a good decholrinizer also, one with out stress coat...

bottel water spring water No chorling it in the Stuff u Drink water...some1 on here said it was ok...u can get it like at Super one wal mart The Water Stuff that is filter n conicals Tooken out

i've never really browsed, but taht's where I found all my other decholrinizors. I need to go to the pet store this weekend.

i agree with wai. there are lots of different dechlorinators in the fish section. try that and let us know what you find!
