I don't know how to add a picture here, but I need help knowing if my Hermit crab is okay... It's my very first moulting and I'm scared! He dug down over a month ago... And had a clear window at the bottom up until about a week ago... Now it's wet looking and I see white things. My husband thinks it's just the old shed but I'm worried it may be mold or something?? I don't know what to do! If they do die during molting what do you do? Do we dig them up? How do we know when to do that? What if he is okay?! I've been told to never dig them up! Help!! I'm panicking!
My other baby is doing great and just switched out of its purchased shell and into a much better fit! Very happy for her!
First ever moulting please help me I'm panicking!
