R.I.P Seven Of Nine

Post by POPPIT »

Seven past away today after coming up last night from her first moult with me with no shell and missing 2 legs and i highly suspect my other crab Gonzo scared her up...She was my only girl and my smallest...I had her 3 months and 11 days...This is the 4/4 moulter that has died in a row...My last 3 crabs all died due to moulting....What is happening?...I hope Chakotay and Tuvok are ok as i think they are down for their 1st moults too...

Sorry to hear. How deep is your substrate? Wondering if they need to get further down away from any other crabs?

Thanks Appps....My substrate varies from about 2 inches to 4 1/2-5inches...My biggest crab (Gonzo) is a medium i think and Seven was a small....I miss her....Gonzo hasn't come up yet (maybe he decided to moult too)...Poor Neelix is all alone.
