Hi guys! First of all, it's been so long since I've posted here and I'd just like to let you all know that my hermit crabs turned 3 years old this March!
Okay sorry, back on topic--I wanted to know if Zoo Med's RF-10 Repti Fogger would be suitable for hermit crabs? It seems to sustain humidity quite sufficiently in other terrariums. I've always had a problem with humidity:
Not humid enough; soil gets dry.
Too humid; there's mold.
But more often than not, the tank is tooooo dry and I know that's so bad for my crabbies.
Please tell me if you have ever used a reptile foger and was it successful?
Thank you!

Re: Reptile Fogger for Hermit Crabs?
I have tried using a fogger, but it was the Exo Terra one. The main problem with it was it spat hot jets of water from above and depletes the water vehicle that the fogger sits in and also heats it up to the point where it can burn the hermit crabs if they touch or fall inside. My advice to you would be not to bother with the fogger.

I use this http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/p ... atid=21501 It keeps the humidity nice and it doesn't splash water or leak water. It works perfect for me
