I found a small rice like bug on my hermie today. I was reading how to clean and bake everything. I was wondering how long to bake and at what temperature??? And how long should I do this?

Baking your substrate (I assume you have sand) should be done at 350F for about half an hour or so. Spread it in a shallow layer on a baking sheet or in a pie pan (glass if you can, as many metals are unsafe, as are non-stick coatings) so it can all heat up easily.

Thank you...yes, have lots of sand. Two tanks, one 20 and the other 10. Got lots of baking to do :)
