A funny I had to share

I was watching my crabs last night and 2 were at the top of a choya log. THey were facing each other and were touching feelers. One would move forward a few steps and push the other one back. Then the other one would push forward. I ended up giggling so loud at this that hubby stopped playing his video game to ask what I was laughing at. When I told him and he saw it for himself he said they must be males LOL

They reminded me of the rams that headbutt one another to get the females attention LOL If you've ever seen the childrens movie Brother Bear, that's what was going through my head at the time.

Never seen the movie, but I have seen video of rams head-butting and of bucks (male deer) wrestling. Come to think of it, I saw Rocky and Benny do something similar last night, but they tend to both try to go on the same thing at the same time. For instance, one will try to walk across the top of the hemp mat I have on the back of the tank for them to climb on (they rarely climb up it like I intended for them to, they go across the thin top, haha) and the other will also try to do it and I'll catch them sitting there, neither one moving, until I scare them by walking by. They do it on the cholla too. Silly crabs!
