i am very sorry i cant take any pictures he has a purple,black,orange pincer and the back of his claw were its saposed to be white it is purple blue AGAIN I AM VERY SORRY FOR NOT HAVING PIC.

he has a rainbow colored pincher it has a little tiny piece of purple on its claw and alot of other colors

What shape are his eyestalks? What is the coloring of the rest of his body?

I am sorry, but Indo's do not have purple, black, and orange pinchers. They are noted for their lavendar colored pinchers, possibly a tad of white at the very tips.

How did you find out that it was an "indo"? I consider exoskeleton colours unreliable as an indication of species (except in the case of the strawberry hermit crabs), so look for other physical features. Try out the Species Identifier tool I made.
Also, indos are very rare, so the chances are that the hermit crab you have isn't an indo.
