i would like to know if anyone has feedback on Organic Main Coast Sea Vegetables in dried flakes form. They call it Dulse Flakes ready to use vegetables certified organic. I bought some the other day in a resealable package for 6.89 for 4 oz. I put some in the food dish and Jumbo went for it right away. It says it has iodine , chromium, magnesium, b12 but the iodine is high at 330%. Is that ok? Could use it also in soups and food and stirfies. Any info I have not found on this on this forum. Thanks all. (Got a job...YEAH! now the hermies are not freeloading)
