Molting or Dead?

Her skin is a pink/tan color. She smells very much like fish.

Dead fish? She might have died. You said she moulted in early February, so it has been a little over a month now. Most (if not all) hermit crabs would have finished hardening by now.

Add a tiny drop of water to her to see if she responds.

Dead fish. If she died... Well at least the others are very active now. Even King is coming up to eat. They ate a whole half-carrot. It was very impressive. They also have been changing shells daily. Sorry for the random update, I'm just very happy. :)

When I added the drop of water nothing happened. I dropped it on one of her legs, which twitched, but probably only because I dropped the water on it.

Try pulling her out of the shell just to be sure, but be careful not to rip any limbs off.
