If I only had a few and they were buried down, I would put in stuff like unsalted crackers, and egg shells (if you get that skin out of it they seem to stay for a long while before they need to be changed out.) Always keep water both fresh and salt in there. I agree with Hermies if they come up in the night they might need something to eat or drink after a molt.
