Thanks for the help
Ya you did not see the humidity gauge because I was checking to make sure it worked . I keep the humidity gauge just high enough so the crabs cant reach it because i am useing double sided tape to hold it up.
I was haveing trouble finding foods that they like. Then i descoverd they love Lettuce. They would eat most of it then the next morning it was all over the cage. They didnt like carotts and banannas but if i add just a little Lettuce on top they would eat them. So going give them some meat tonight and see if they will eat it

Isn't it nuts how much more there is to caring for hermies than the pet stores would have you think? So much to learn! but you're doing great so far, I can tell you're really working at getting them a good, safe set up.
As for the food - keep in mind (many don't know this) that hermies may not eat a food that they have tasted for 12hrs to 14 days at a time sometimes. We have no way of knowing which foods will fall into this category, as it changes as the hermies dietary needs change. All we can do is make sure we give them a very good variety on a daily basis. Always offer seaweed at least every other day, and as Marie (Ladybug) has said, offer something from each food group EVERY day. Sometimes you cant' tell if they've touched a food because they take such small nibbles, but if you look very closely, you might see a little pinch mark or a hole where a crab nibbled a bit. Sometimes you will see lines through things like applesauce (all natural) that indicate a crab has dragged a leg or claw through while he ate it.

Any kind without preservatives.
It's good to offer a bit of a variety, as they can offer different nutrients and gives the crabs some variety in flavors.

Re: New purple pincher tank
I still have a few fish tank thermometer laying around. So could i stick one of them in the eco dirt counting the thermometer is in glass? Here is a pic of it. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/JAD-Thermometer-s ... 2a1011a30f
Also if it is safe to use how should i clean it?
Edit:
I was woundering i own a few other reptiles so i have meal worms. So would it be healthy if i froze them and fed them to the crabs? I thought it would have some protean and stuff that they could use.

This is something you should be able to get at the pet store and save S/h charges?
Many use API tap water conditioner. (can be easily found at PetSmart and other pet stores) WalMart carries Wardley's, and Top Fin is another.

Re: New purple pincher tank
The meal worms are a good idea too, your crabs do need the protein and chitin.
