I haven't but I've seen pictures of females with eggs. You should look it up, trust me, you'll be able to see if your hermie has eggs! 8| Mr. Krabs Senior is actually a girl. I checked his spots. I've known this for a few months now, but I just like his name! And calling her HIM. So what? :)

There is a CSJ archive post from one of CSJ's members who did have a hermie lay eggs, and they hatched in her tank: (with pictures she shared that I added to the Wiki archive)

Only for a few days. Sorry about the link, gonna try it again but make it an embedded link:

Eggs

If for some reason it doesn't work again, (but I will try it again to make sure it does) Go to CrabbyWiki. (The link back image is on the bottom of HCP home page)
Go to "Categories" in the left column, then to "Behaviors". The subject heading is "crab laid eggs, they hatched!"

Edited to add, the embedded link in this post does work.

I am completely astounded! Wow...that's so awesome! Hopefully we will be able to use his methods to breed other species of crabs so we don't have to take any more from the wild!

About 1/3 down the page where it says "(click link below for short video)" did you click the link to watch the video? If you look closely, you can see the zoea swimming about.
