Here is a list of Greens for your hermit crab to eat! Greens are important because they provide plenty of vitamins and minerals! Here is a list of edible Greens/plants that your hermit crab can eat!
Alfalfa sprouts
Amaranth
Arugula
Basil
Bok choy
Broccoli
Carrots(roots and tops)
Celery
Chard
Cilantro
Collard greens
Cucumber
Dandelion leaves
Grape leaves
Kale
Kelp
Parsley
Romaine lettuce
Rosemary
Spinach
Watercress
Zucchini
Thats it... all those greens are for your hermit crab to eat/enjoy

The store does have a recipe book. They tend to sell out really fast!
The Epicurean site also has recipes on it, most have pictures so you can see how it turned out.
