Sounds like an awesome plan. If I ever get to do a full clean again I am gnna place gravel in hte bottom but I have not been able to do that for awhile now.

The one I thought might be in molt, didn't make it.

But I think I finally got my tank under controll. I did the uth heater and pea grave thing because all the crabs were still up, plus I bought a thing call Tropic Aire humdifier. All weekend long everything has been perfect.

I went and looked at that humidifier thing and it looks awesome. I am gonna look into getting me 3 of them 1 for each iguana and 1 for hermies.

I love mine, the directions say to cover the tank, (which is ok because it's an aire suppier also). I covered mine with plastic wrap. I had to play with the plastic wrap to get the humidity right. I leave a little opening during day and both ends with small opening at night . But other wise I love it. I think the crabs do to because they were all out last night walking around. Tyson was trying to walk on the tube, but kept falling off because he had nothing to grab on to, but kept trying

crabs are funny sometimes. i have a piece of choya wood that some of my smaller crabs will fit into. aries' shell is too long but sometimes he'll fit himself in there sideways. lol. he'll keep trying until he gets in there, it's cute
