I know I have taken and frozen chicken that I have prepared for them before. Not sure about teh fruit I guess it depends on the other ingredients that are in it.

do you cook the chicken? Also, freeze dried bloodworms are ok right, the ones you can feed betta fish, etc?

yes the chicken must be cooked. the dried bloodworms are an excellent source of nutrition and it's one of my hermies' fav foods.
