How long have you had the hermit crab(s) that you are concerned about?
about 2 and a half weeks

What substrate or combination of substrates are you using? How deep is it?
Boxo confort small animal bedding mixed with wood shavings That is one of the worst bedding, EE is very cheap and is great for crabs.

What do you feed your hermit crabs?
Carrots, green grapes, rasberry, lettuce, bread, ect.

Do you use distilled, bottled, tap or other types of water?
tap water which has been ether boiled or has been sitting for 2 days. It doesn't matter if its been boiled or sat out for 2 days it still needs to be declorinated

If you are using a dechlorinator, what brand is it? Does it state to remove all heavy metals, chlorine and chloramines?
None You should get some

What brand of sea salt are you using to supply your hermit crabs with salt water?
None This is very very importaint for crabs, they need saltwater and not salt water made from table salt. It has to be saltwater made for saltwater fish

What heat source are you using and where is it positioned?
Body heater- on the bottom can you explane more what that is?

Have you calibrated your thermometer(s) and hygrometer so that you can interpret accurate readings? no You need to get the gauges you can get them for like $2 or $3 each

What is the air temperature range and humidity inside the tank?
temp- around 71 degrees, humidity- around 65-70% The temp is to low the temp should be 80 on the warm side and 75 on the cold. And the humidity is to low it should be 78-80%

What is the highest temperature that the substrate near the heat source reaches?
About 76 degrees Should try to rais it a little on one side

Please please try to get some of these things done, i know on another thread we told you the same thing and you still have not fixed any.

And throw away that log its toxic to hermit crabs and can kill them if they eat it.

I noticed that you didn't mention feeding them meat. Ideally they should get some meat everyday. Even with meat daily they can still desire to each other, let alone not giving any meat at all.
