That seems a bit excessive. Are you refilling because its completely empty or cleaning it out because substrate has been tracked into it? If its empty and not leaking, could the crabs be tilting it in a manner that causes it to pour out? Do you have water pooling in your substrate?
Wait, are you saying the bowl is 2 liters or you are refilling about 2 liters of salt water per day?
How hot is it in the tank?
It sounds very excessive, I don't know where that much water could be going each day.
Are you using marine salt water, have you done anything differently recently, is this something new - I think a few more details would be helpful.

Not always can a pin hole in a dish be seen. What one should do is take the bowl out, dry it, carefully fill it with water, put it on a paper towel and see if it gets wet.
