They do LOVE honey (mine like it with sesamie seeds!)... If you're worried about the stickyness, why not mix the honey in the egg misture before cooking it?
You can put pretty much any hermie safe food in the omlet.
Can hermitcrabs eat eggs.

But the egg will be hard boiled. But maybe i could smear some on once I I crack the the shell off of the the boiled egg. any other ideas?...man it's hard to type on an iPhone.

If you scrambled the egg, it would be much easier to add the honey
But you can put whatever you want in there with the egg. Mine like egg with blood worms

I'm not quite sure what kind of an answer you're looking for. You can put anything hermie safe in the egg. Fruit, veggie, meat, whatever.
