From the top of my head, hibiscus blossoms ought to have high coloring agents. Other flowers that are safe are calandula, tulip, dandelion, rose.

i was wondering what edible plants i can put in the crab tank even if a big plant and list what vitimins they give too :D

Have you checked out Epicurean Hermit? She has a list that includes some safe plants/safe woods/safe foods as well as an unsafe list of each. It doesn't say what vitamins are in each, but then again we don't know how much of what vitamins crabs need, so that kind of makes it hard.

My blog has all of the plants I've researched. It is difficult to find information on vitamin content on wild and non-human grade plants. http://hermitcrabfoodtrials.blogspot.com I also have photos of plants so you can identify them when harvesting.
