Question about WHAT IS GOING ON!!??

I have been going on different sites today and noticed that everyones pictures are blurred. Title pics, advatars, my own website...Wai or anyone, do you know what is happening? My friend just had the same issue and she lives in Las Vegas and I am in Minnesota. HELP!!! Feel free to email me right away..hugalilcrab@yahoo.com

it seems okay now, for me. i forget what they are called, but a section of states are each on the same "card", its a thing that stores like, all internet connections. Maybe something messed up. The Ohio one messed up not to long ago, it blew out and a lot of states had no internet access for a while

Everything has been fine here, except our domain was down a few days ago. In those type of cases it's usually got nothing to do with the websites themselves.
