Very true, and at the same time when attempting to talk to an employee one needs to be polite even if it means biting ones tongue in between sentences. A negative approach normally is greeted with negativity.

your rite...do you guys think you could back me up if they wont listen?i could give you a link to there specific shop email or w/e...btw im getting 3 hermies from a woman who passed and obviosly cant take care so im happy :D

What one needs is to be a little prepared. As in if there are quality caresheets one can print and take to the store with them. To try to help another in a situation like this is very hard to do. In the past through trying to help others, it has been learned that unless you walk in yourself and observe the conditions, you don't have a leg to stand on really.
