Fish meal, copra meal, wheat germ meal, dried yeast, dehulled soybean meal, potato protein, corn flour, L-Ascorbyl-2-Polyphosphate (ew!), Clacium Pantothenate, Folic Acid, Calcium Propionate and Ethoxyquin both as preservaties.
Sounds like I'll be tossing this after I get some shrimp and some worm casings and things.
I put some flax seeds (whole) in for them today and some egg shells, along with a little cooked egg, a blackberry, a blueberry, and an almond. lol.
I saw one of my little E's crawling around this morning so I set him on it, ran to get some boiling water off the stove, and he was gone in a flash, hiding under some coral. Guess he wasn't hungry hahaha.
Thanks for the list I'm printing some of this stuff off so when I get in a rut I'll have something to look back to for reference.
Looks like maybe they don't eat every single day, and they DO have the coconut substrate to munch on if they don't feel like getting out and about I suppose.
