To answer some old questions that were never addressed in this thread, in general it is best to cook meats first (no seasonings), esp. shellfish, as they can carry disease that can be passed on to your crabs.
Also, any water used should be dechlorinated. You can definitely serve lots of raw fruits and veggies, or cooked. I have found my crabs seem to like them both ways. They also need some of the nutrients in raw fruits and veggies that are generally destroyed by cooking, so make sure you offer a good variety of cooked and fresh.

It's always handy to have a list of safe/unsafe foods, such as the Epicurian hermit list http://www.epicurean-hermit.com/index.php?topic=332.0, on your fridge door or something. I find it lets me increase the variety of foods I give to my crabs.

leafy green vegetables

I read somewhere that you have to boil all leafy green vegetables because it prevents the absorption of calcium. I think it was on epicurean hermit. Can you tell me if it's true? Thanks! ;)

cometstream I have merged your post with one that contains the answer. (i found it by putting "green leafy vegetables" in the search bar at the top right of the screen)
The first post of this thread will answer your question.

It depends on the ingredients used to make the tofu.
