Frozen Brine Shrimp & Spirulina

I bought for all my fishies some frozen spirulina and brine shrimp that I give them in the morning. Would they be okay to thaw and give to the hermies? I looked on the foods list but didn't see if brine shrimp was good or bad or if it had any real benefits. It would have a very strong fishy smell to attract the hermies.
