Do I have to ISO?

I don't iso molters. Mine all molt in the main tank. I used to and I noticed there was more deaths when I moved them to molt, then when I left them alone.

being moved to another tank to molt can be more stressful for the crab. i have three molting in the main tank right now and one in the ten gallon that i left in there when i moved my crabs into a 20gal high tank.

i don't iso either. the bigger the tank you have, the harder it is to catch a molter and plus, they have more room.

thats what happens with me. i can't catch them. they have so many hidey spots and secret entrances to places i can't get to unless i lift up everything.

Same here. They love trying to molt behind the barnacles! It's so annoying because I can't get to it.
