Crab is being very strange

Did you try giving the crab a bath? I've heard about this and I thought, "Wouldn't that hurt the crab?" Alot of people recomended it so I gave it a try. It made them so much more active.

Hey everyone! Eugene came out of his funk and he's crawling all over the tank!



Here he is bein a little cutie pie! But he's so pale! I've been sneaking carrots into thier diet every chance I get so they get all that good beta carotene. Anything else I can give them?

I don't know how to get his coloring back. color pellets are going into the food tomorrow. i think it was the store they came from. my friend Laura gave him to me. she won him at an anniversary party for a pet store.

all the crabs from there are pale. they don't care for them well so i don't get any crabs from there anymore. Or anything for that matter lol.

The ones I get are always pretty colorful. Haven't seen a pale one in a petstore yet.

they feed the crabs commericial food. i think that has alot to do with it.
