The picture of my King Kong is his pms with his first molt with me. Since then his diet changed dramatically from what the previous owner fed him. (and his brothers) It is VERY important to also offer hermies fresh foods for the natural juices and oils they contain.

I would feed him/her flax seed just because it`s healthy crab steroids
