Hermit crab burried
We have a situation where one of our hermit crab has burried itself for about a week and a bit now. The last time he did, he came out almost a month after. We weren't sure but we believed he molted and he is showing the same signs this time around. We would've been fine if he didn't decide to burry after we bought 4 new hermies. Right now, we kept the new hermies in a plastic iso tank cuz we're scared that the other guy might be molting in the main tank.

I would strongly suggest not to dig the burrowed hermie up. This could be harmful. The new hermies should be kept iso'ed for awhile to let them adjust and to make sure they aren't ill or have pests.
