Wow, that looks amazing. Is that sand in the back for them to bury in? Have you watched to make sure that all of your hermit crabs can climb out of the water on their own?

yes, they can climb on the rock wall or the drift wood. yes that is the white sand behind the fake rock, think they scare of water at first after a while they get use to it. That is why i get the step rock wall make them easier to climb

Very pretty! What is the ratio of water in the tank compared to how much sand/land they have?
How long can a hermie stay under? This varies from hermie to hermie but one must know the hermies can get back out of the water on their own without any doubts about it.

The water is 1/3 while the sand is 2/3, but since is a small tank i only have 3 hermit as not to overcrowd . the sand is about 2inch sitting on a raised platform, with a water pump below for the water fall, but my hermit is pulling all my fake plants! :(

You can put some smooth gravel underwater to give your hermit crabs better footing as they run about in the pond. Try to look for gravel that doesn't dissolve easily and leave yucky stuff in the water.
