identify species

I have two crabs that I purchased at Petco ,they are large mediumsize and are very red all over .Would they still be considered PP's ? Also I have one crab that is a light tan color .Any suggestions

oh yes, PPs can be white, purple, reddish/brownish. Here's another pic of some PPs:
